Gary Silva Jr. has served on the Sloughhouse RCD Board of Directors since 2017 and has been on the finance committee since 2020. Gary has also served on the Clay Water District Board of Directors for more than 20 years. On my family’s farm we have adopted several conservation practices and I actively participate in the Cosumnes Subbasin’s groundwater sustainability planning efforts.
Sloughhouse Resource Conservation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
